Christy Buller
Assistant Treasurer, Payroll / Benefits, Eastern Local SD (Winchester)
Christy Buller has served as the Assistant Treasurer at Eastern Local School District in Brown County for 14 years, with the last seven years dedicated to the fiscal department. In her current role, she is responsible for a variety of key tasks, including managing payroll processing, overseeing monthly and year-end reporting and reconciliation, and handling employee onboarding. Christy also plays a critical role in insurance enrollment and benefits, as well as managing payables. Additionally, she oversees the budgetary accounts for the district’s student activity departments, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability across the board.

Lindsay Moody
Payroll Supervisor, Springfield City SD
Lindsay Moody is a seasoned payroll professional with 22 years in public education (GO WILDCATS) and 6 years in the private sector. Her expertise includes compensation analysis, navigating labor laws and regulations, ensuring accurate tax filings, and minimizing compliance risks. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Payroll at Springfield City School District, she oversees an average annual payroll processing of 65 million dollars comprised of 1700 employees. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Indiana University and a Certified Payroll Professional Certification from the American Payroll Association. She is a member of SHRM, OASBO, and the Miami Valley Chapter of the American Payroll Association.

Brittany Lee
Assistant Treasurer, Warren Local SD
Brittany has worked at Warren Local SD since February 2017 handling the payroll and benefits. Prior to Warren, Brittany worked at the County Auditor's office for 4 years processing invoices and disbursing the property taxes to the local entities.
Brenda Core
Treasurer, Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative
renda was employed by Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative from 2009 – 2019 as a fiscal liaison supporting 54 school districts payroll and accounting software. In 2012, she received her treasurer’s license and became treasurer of NOACSC. She went on to be treasurer of Spencerville Local Schools in 2019. In 2022, she came back to NOACSC as NOACSC’s treasurer and fiscal lead. She also has been a fiscal township officer for the past 11 years and owns 2 businesses, both which have been in business for over 25 years.

Rebecca Bunting
Fiscal Support Specialist, Meta Solutions
Becky Bunting is a Fiscal Support Specialist at META Solutions with experience in payroll processing and finance software support. She holds a School Treasurer's License and has a background in accounting, HR management, and business administration. Becky also has district-level payroll experience and supports finance software at an ITC, specializing in HR and payroll.

Currently serving as a Fiscal Services Support Specialist at Tri-County Computer Services Association, Carolyn Giuffre brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, system implementation, and process optimization within educational institutions.
With a BS in Accounting/Business from Miami University and a current Ohio School Treasurer License, Carolyn Giuffre is a trusted financial leader, known for her ability to manage complex budgets, streamline processes, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Tammy Hamilla
Treasurer, Mansfield City SD
Tammy Hamilla has over 20 years of experience in fiscal management within education and local government. She began her career in 2003 at Pioneer Career and Technology, later serving as Assistant Treasurer at Ashland City Schools (2005-2008) and Fiscal Support Coordinator at NCOCC, merged with NEOnet in FY24 (2008-2024). Tammy also served as NCOCC’s Treasurer in FY23 and was the Fiscal Officer for the Village of Jeromesville, OH (2019-2021). Since January 2025, she has been the Treasurer of Mansfield City Schools. Tammy holds a BS from Ashland University and serves on the OEDSA Board.

Karen Royer
Treasurer/CFO, Bethel-Tate Local SD
Karen Royer, is currently the Treasurer at Bethel-Tate Local School District since 2015. Karen spent 14 years as the Treasurer at Warren County Career Center. Prior to Warren County Karen's career began at Goshen Local School District where she is an alumnus. Karen is completing her 40th year in school business.
Karen is past President of the Ohio Valley Chapter and Career Tech Chapter of OASBO and served 6 years on the OASBO Board of Directors. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the South West Educational Purchasing Council (EPC).
Her hobbies are showing and traveling with her horses, caring for her dogs and cats as well as attending her grandchildren's activities.

Andrew Sanford
Fiscal Support Specialist, Western Ohio Computer Organization
Andrew leads the Fiscal Services Team for WOCO supporting eFP and State Software. Prior to being at WOCO, Andrew worked for a district in the Treasurer's Office.
