Monthly Webinar: Records Retention Policies and Updates

This presentation is intended to provide an overview of various topics related to records retention requirements under ORC Chapter 149, including public records requests, records commission meetings, and the development of records retention policies and schedules, and additional requirements adopted under Senate Bill 29 for school districts and technology providers. In addition to two Dinsmore Public Finance attorneys, the panel includes a third Dinsmore attorney who serves as the solicitor for many Ohio municipalities.
