Parent organizations can provide invaluable support to districts. But their leaders often don’t understand the legal parameters that affect their work. And when things go wrong, it is heartache for everyone. The Ohio Attorney General’s Charitable Law Section has developed some new tools that may help school districts guide these groups away from trouble. In addition to the new tools, the webinar will also include a discussion of the most common challenges the offices sees in school-related organizations.
