Hollie Reedy

Attorney Of Counsel, Ennis Britton Co., L.P.A.

Prior to becoming an attorney with the firm, Ms. Reedy served as chief legal counsel of the Ohio School Boards Association. She brings her depth of experience in education law and knowledge as association counsel to provide comprehensive legal representation of public schools and nonprofit entities. Ms. Reedy’s work with boards of education includes drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, drafting policy, interpreting Ohio’s ethics laws, public records, litigation, and representing boards before federal, state, and local agencies. She has extensive publication and speaking credentials. She is trained in mediation. Ms. Reedy represents districts on a full spectrum of education law issues and is a member of the firm’s School Finance, Municipalities & Public Law, and Special Education Practice Teams.

Megan Greulich

Partner, Weston Hurd

Megan is a partner with Weston Hurd in the Education and Labor & Employment groups located in Columbus, Ohio. She focuses her practice on providing general counsel to public school districts in board governance, personnel, and student matters. Megan advises education law clients on complex issues including discipline, due process, public records, Title IX, board policies and procedures, collective bargaining, arbitration, parliamentary procedure, residency and custody disputes, social media, Constitutional rights, and discrimination concerns. Megan also assists districts with collective bargaining needs, including contract review, negotiation, and interpretation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements. Megan has successfully represented clients in arbitrations and in unfair labor practice charges before the State Employment Relations Board (SERB). Megan has represented clients before the U.S. Department of Education office for civil rights in matters involving claims of discrimination involving students, and has defended employers against complaints of discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC). Megan frequently provides training to clients on a variety of employment and education related matters including human resources, Title IX, board governance, sunshine laws, and personnel-related matters.

Meghan Rohde

Treasurer, Bay Village City Schools

Meghan Rohde is Treasurer of Bay Village City School District. She started with the district in April of 2021. Before coming to Bay Village, Meghan served as Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of Clyde-Green Springs School District in southeastern Sandusky and northern Seneca counties.

Prior to serving school districts, Meghan was a Senior Internal Auditor for PNC Bank in Cleveland and the Standard Register Company in Dayton.

Meghan earned her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University and her MBA from Ohio University. Meghan is an active member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials. During her career, Meghan was recognized with the 2018 Emerging Leaders Scholarship Award from the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.

Cajon Keeton

Treasurer/CFO, Benton Carroll Salem Local SD

Cajon Keeton is the Treasurer for the Benton-Carroll-Salem School District in Northwest Ohio. Prior to becoming a Treasurer, Cajon spent 5 years in the classroom as a business and technology teacher. He has a passion for school finance, as well as teaching and learning. 

Mr. Keeton holds a B.A. in Education (Bowling Green State University) and a M.A. in Educational Administration (Tiffin University).
