Districts across Ohio are facing increasing financial pressure. Join this joint workshop with OASBO and OSBA, to equip leadership teams with practical strategies to address today's fiscal challenges. This hybrid workshop is designed for treasurers, superintendents, school board members, and district administrators.

Through presentations, case studies, and discussion, the session will: 

• Examine why so many districts are subject to fiscal monitoring, what warning signs to watch for, and what different fiscal designations mean for your district
• Explain revenue options, including levy considerations and outline the legal boundaries that guide board action
• Outline required processes, timelines, and contractual considerations when looking at staff reductions, helping leaders understand how to approach them while remaining compliant and aligned with district priorities
