Join us Dec.13-14 for our annual Leadership Conference to learn how your leadership is uniquely shaped, and how to lead others better using these powerful tools. All OASBO Members are invited to register, but seats are limited so register today!

The conference includes sessions on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and the Eagle's Flight - Promises, Promises! program. Promises, Promises! is an eye-opening team-building activity that breaks down barriers and improves collaboration. The program is full of diplomatic intrigue, politics, scandals, and nonstop fun. You will work diligently to overcome distrust, barriers, and flawed communication to make good on commitments. With the clock ticking, this experiential activity quickly breaks down barriers to show the importance of delivering on your priorities and those of the greater group. In the midst of all the fun, you will learn about productive collaboration, open communication, and results-focused teamwork.

This conference is in-person, with no virtual option. COVID-19 precautions and social distancing procedures will be in place, and masks will be required.
