Beverly Meyer

Beverly A. Meyer is an employment and labor relations lawyer who counsels employers in both the public and private sectors. She is also an education attorney who represents K-12 school districts, colleges and universities. Beverly’s practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, employee discipline, harassment investigations, wage and hour claims, and leave and benefits issues. Beverly regularly litigates in federal and state courts and appears before administrative agencies, civil service commissions and labor boards. She has also served as an impartial hearing officer in special education due process hearings and has issued decisions on procedural and substantive matters. She is a frequent lecturer on matters affecting her areas of practice and has developed and presented employment-related trainings and programs for clients and professional groups on local, state and national levels.
Mike Hanna
Michael Hanna has a broad-based labor and employment practice. Mike has negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements and coordinated strike preparation and litigation. He has arbitrated a wide range of issues including plant closings, severance pay, discipline, overtime, time study and general contract interpretation issues. Mike has counseled clients on remaining union-free and has assisted in a number of successful union election campaigns. His practice includes representation before the National Labor Relations Board on unfair labor practice matters. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1995 and multiple times in Ohio Super Lawyers.

Jim Rowan is the Executive Director of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials. He has spent the past five years as OASBO’s Executive Director providing support and services to school business officials throughout Ohio. A long-time OASBO member, Jim served as the association's President during the 2002-03 membership year, and as ASBO International President in 2007.

Mr. Hensley is Senior Vice President-Chief Operations Officer of TSA Consulting Group, Inc. (TSACG). He joined TSACG on July 1, 2011, in conjunction with their acquisition of Great American Plan Administrators, Inc. (GA Plan). Kevin joined Great American in 1996, and after holding various positions in its Annuity Services area, was one of two individuals tasked in 2005 to launch and operate a Third Party Administrator. He was instrumental in creating and managing the day-to-day operations of GA Plan and left Great American as Vice President-Sales & Marketing. Kevin has more than 30 years of financial services experience, and in his current capacity, holds a key leadership role for a firm serving more than 3,000 clients in 46 states. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Northern Kentucky University.

Terry Harrell has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in 403(b) and 457 plans. As Voya’s Ohio Valley Regional Vice President for Tax-Exempt Markets, he is responsible for new business and on-going service for public schools throughout central and southern Ohio. Terry is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and resides in Dublin, Ohio.

Lori Miller
Support Specialist, SSDT
Lori Miller, Support Specialist and Technical Writer for the State Software Development Team (SSDT), began her career with the Northwest Ohio Computer Association (NWOCA) in 2003. Lori started out in the Student Services Department as an EMIS/Student Services Coordinator. For the last 13 years, she has been working in the Fiscal Support Department assisting both NWOCA districts and ITCs with State Software support, specializing in USPS state software.
Deb Meyer
Fiscal Officer, Fiscal Support, WOCO
Deb Meyer has over 29 years of experience in school finance with 25 of those years as a school treasurer. In 2016, Deb joined the ITC WOCO to begin the conversion process of member districts to eFinancePlus (eFP) Software. This was the first wave of conversions. WOCO currently services 17 districts on eFP software and are beginning their final conversion of the last 2 districts, with Deb being the lead on all conversions. WOCO is also in the process of converting other districts to Redesign, so Deb is familiar with that process as well.
