Treasurer/CFO, Perrysburg EVSD
Randy joined the Perrysburg Exempted Village School District team in September 2021 as Treasurer/CFO for the district. Randy came to Perrysburg after as Treasurer/CFO for Huron City Schools and the Bright Local School District. Randy has used his skills as an educator in management & finance and business leader to improve fiscal office and district operations and improve communications with the Board of Education and public.
Craig Yaniglos
Treasurer, Brecksville-Broadview Heights SD
Craig Yaniglos began his career as a Treasurer/CFO in 2017 at Brookfield Local School District (BLSD), and briefly the Treasurer/CFO of BLSD and Niles City Schools (2019) before accepting his current position at Brecksville-Broadview Heights CSD. Craig's career began by inheriting a district under the fiscal emergency designation for 4 years and quickly turned the district around in 10 months to remove its emergency designation. He was later asked to perform shared services with Niles City Schools, which was under fiscal emergency designation for a little over a year, and began the process of restoring fiscal integrity. Shortly after undertaking two districts though, Craig was recruited and hired by Brecksville-Broadview Heights CSD in February of 2020 where he is currently the Treasurer/CFO.

Erik Roush
Policy & Govt Affairs, Columbus City Schools
Dr. Erik Roush has been with Columbus City Schools since July 2013, and he has served as lead in Policy and Government Affairs since January 2015. In this capacity, he is responsible for advocating on behalf of the district before local, state, and federal authorities. Dr. Roush is also responsible for the district's internal policies and administrative guidelines.
Dr. Roush currently holds a School Business Manager's license. Dr. Roush holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration from Ohio University and a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Leadership from the Ohio State University.

Joshua Grossman
Partner, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP
Josh focuses on public finance, advising governmental issuers, underwriters, banks, nonprofits, and for-profit clients on municipal finance transactions. He has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and bank counsel, and assists clients with SEC Rule 15c2-12 continuing disclosure compliance.
He has practiced public finance law since graduating from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. Before law school, he worked in financial asset management, analyzing financial statements and managing financial data.
Jennifer Bruns
Treasurer/CFO, St Henry Consolidated Local SD
Jennifer Bruns is the Chief Financial Officer of St. Henry Cons. LSD, where she has served since January 2016. Jennifer also serves as the Fiscal & Mentoring Specialist for Mercer County Educational Service Center. Jennifer began her School Finance career as the CFO of Riverside Local School District in Logan County. Prior to becoming a Treasurer/CFO, Jennifer worked for the Ohio Auditor of State. Jennifer has been a member of OASBO since 2012, has been very involved in the West Central Chapter, and currently serves on the OASBO Board of Directors as the Northwest Region Director. Jennifer also serves as the Chair of the OASBO Auditor of State Committee.

Kyle Kiffer
Treasurer, Nordonia Hills City SD
Kyle Kiffer is currently the Treasurer at Nordonia Hills City SD. Prior to this he was the Treasurer for the Streetsboro City SD. Kyle spent nine years with the Ohio Auditor of State’s office Auditing School Districts, Cities, Village’s, Charter Schools, and Counties. Kyle started with the State as an intern and left as an Audit Manager.
Kyle received a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College, where he still volunteers as a mentor to students within the schools Accounting program. He has also run ten marathons and is a three-time Ironman, a140.6-mile triathlon. He resides in Lakewood, Ohio with his wife and two daughters.
