Andrew recently started as the Financial Operations Coordinator at SSA in November of 2022. Prior to that he was the ESSER Coordinator for Akron Public Schools, responsible for the planning and usage of nearly $150 million in ESSER money. He provided the oversight of the ESSER funds to ensure they were used equitably for all students.

Jennifer is a Fiscal Operations Coordinator with Shared Services Alliance (SSA) where she provides fiscal support to school districts and governmental agencies across Ohio. Jennifer also serves as the CFO for Spencerville Local Schools. Prior, she was the Treasurer/CFO of Benjamin Logan. Before public service, she worked in the financial industry for 10 years. Jennifer also currently serves on the OASBO Board as the At Large Director of Transportation.

Cajon Keeton
Treasurer/CFO, Benton Carroll Salem Local SD
Cajon Keeton is the Treasurer for the Benton-Carroll-Salem School District in Northwest Ohio. Prior to becoming a Treasurer, Cajon spent 5 years in the classroom as a business and technology teacher. He has a passion for school finance, as well as teaching and learning.
Mr. Keeton holds a B.A. in Education (Bowling Green State University) and a M.A. in Educational Administration (Tiffin University).
Meghan Rohde
Treasurer, Bay Village City Schools
Meghan Rohde is Treasurer of Bay Village City School District. She started with the district in April of 2021. Before coming to Bay Village, Meghan served as Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of Clyde-Green Springs School District in southeastern Sandusky and northern Seneca counties.
Prior to serving school districts, Meghan was a Senior Internal Auditor for PNC Bank in Cleveland and the Standard Register Company in Dayton.
Meghan earned her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University and her MBA from Ohio University. Meghan is an active member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials. During her career, Meghan was recognized with the 2018 Emerging Leaders Scholarship Award from the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.

Treasurer/CFO, Lakota Local SD (Liberty Township)
Adam Zink is currently the Treasurer/CFO at Lakota Local Schools in Butler County. Prior to his current position he served as the Assistant Treasurer at Lakota for six years. Mr. Zink also served as Treasurer/CFO at Hillsboro City Schools, and Ripley Union Lewis Huntington Local School District. He is the past-president of the Ohio Valley OASBO chapter. Adam also works as a Consultant with K-12 Business Consulting assisting treasurers with development of the five-year forecast, negotiation models, and other fiscal reporting.

Darian Ascoli is the Assistant Treasurer for Lakota Local School District in Butler County. He has held the position since August 2022. Prior to being promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Darian was the Finance Director and Budgetary Director at Lakota, beginning in 2017. Before Lakota, Darian was the Assistant Treasurer at Xenia Community City School District for three years.
Todd Griffith
CFO/Treasurer, Licking Heights Local Schools
Todd Griffith has been Treasurer of Licking Heights Local Schools since June 2017. In this position, Mr. Griffith works with the Board of Education and administration to provide prudent financial management and leadership. The Treasurer's Office is responsible for all fiscal operations of the District. This includes budgeting, forecasting, investing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting and serving as public records custodian.
Mr. Griffith received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and completed his Treasurer’s coursework from the University of Dayton. He holds an active School Treasurer license. Mr. Griffith is a member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.
Anna Overman
Operations and Systems Manager, Shared Resource Center
Anna Overman has been a part of school district fiscal processes since 2018 as Payroll Specialist, eFinancePlus Senior Implementation Specialist, and Operations & Systems Manager. She has led the eFinancePlus conversion and trained users in over a dozen school districts and developed tools and resources to support system processes. As the Operations & Systems Manager with the Shared Resource Center, she helps districts fully utilize eFP and align systems and processes across multiple platforms and departments. Anna is President Elect for the School Software National Users Group (SNUG) and a member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.
