This ninety-minute follow-up session builds on the recent USAS Manual Update workshop by focusing on the practical steps treasurers and fiscal staff need to take to implement required account code changes. Participants will receive an extended checklist designed to guide them through the transition, along with handouts and ready-to-use templates.
The session will also highlight an Excel template that helps identify invalid account coding dimensions. The tool works with eFinancePLUS, USAS, or any other financial system to streamline validation and ensure coding accuracy.
Using examples from eFinancePLUS, the session will demonstrate how to identify, process, and validate account code changes in alignment with statewide requirements.
