Todd Wolford

Employer Education Sr. Coordinator, STRS

Todd Wolford is an Employer Education Sr. Coordinator with STRS Ohio, where he develops and hosts training opportunities to assist STRS Ohio employers in all aspects of employer reporting.

Todd has worked with STRS Ohio for over 14 years and prior to his current position Todd was a Retirement Reporting Specialist and a Sr Reporting Coordinator where he became an expert in annual reporting, retirement reporting, and payroll reporting.  

In his free-time Todd enjoys coaching youth sports in the Columbus area and spending time with his family. 

Carlisa Holman

Supervisor-Employer Outreach, SERS

Carlisa Holman is the Supervisor of Employer Outreach at School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS). She supervises the development of communications and education programs for Employers.  She has worked 20 years at SERS, prior to joining the Employer Services Department, Carlisa worked in the Member Services Department where she provided retirement education for the members and retirees. 

Ann Ferraro

Treasurer/CFO, Northmont City SD

Ann is the Treasurer/CFO of Northmont City School District. She has worked in the school finance world since 2001. Previously, she worked at the Auditor of State’s Office for 10 years.  She has helped Northmont City schools and Huber Heights City schools transition their health care plans from a PPO to a HDHP.

Beverly Meyer

Beverly A. Meyer is an employment and labor relations lawyer who counsels employers in both the public and private sectors. She is also an education attorney who represents K-12 school districts, colleges and universities. Beverly’s practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, employee discipline, harassment investigations, wage and hour claims, and leave and benefits issues. Beverly regularly litigates in federal and state courts and appears before administrative agencies, civil service commissions and labor boards. She has also served as an impartial hearing officer in special education due process hearings and has issued decisions on procedural and substantive matters. She is a frequent lecturer on matters affecting her areas of practice and has developed and presented employment-related trainings and programs for clients and professional groups on local, state and national levels.

Izaak Orlansky

Attorney, Bricker Graydon LLP

Izaak Orlansky is an education attorney, with specific focus on K-12 law. His practice covers labor and employment issues including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, employee discipline, educator hiring and evaluation, as well as harassment, discrimination and misconduct investigations.

Previously, Izaak served as Chief of Staff for the Office of Teacher Recruitment and Quality in the nation’s largest school district, the New York City Department of Education. For nearly a decade he managed and oversaw policies and programs focused on access to high-quality educators. His experience also includes an internship with the National Labor Relations Board’s Region 22 in Newark, New Jersey. Izaak began his career as a middle school teacher in The Bronx, New York, where he taught fifth and sixth grade English language arts and social studies.

Tom Munson

Director of Strategic Partnerships, DataServ/ShareOhio

Tom Munson the Director of Strategic Partnerships with DataServ. He has held numerous sales, sales leadership, product management and channel program positions with various technology organizations. Tom has spent most of his 40 year career working in the public sector with focus on education.

Tom and his wife, Lisa, live in Dublin, Ohio. They have three adult children – two in Chicago and one in Orlando. Tom is a high school varsity basketball official. He enjoys traveling, golf, running and training

Brett Bartlow

Financial Professional, Equitable

Brett Bartlow is a financial advisor within a specialized division of Equitable, The Retirement Benefits Group.  With approximately 20 years of experience in the 403b/457b industry, he works closely with educators, administrators and their families to achieve financial success through a comprehensive retirement planning approach. 

Brett attended Ashland University where he played collegiate football and graduated with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He and his wife, Stephanie, live with their 3 young children (Brady 10, Bryson 7, and Sienna 3) in Fairfield Twp. Brett enjoys attending and coaching his children’s many activities and sports, golfing, hiking and snow skiing. 

Randy Drewyor

Treasurer/CFO, Perrysburg EVSD

Randy joined the Perrysburg Exempted Village School District team in September 2021 as Treasurer/CFO for the district. Randy came to Perrysburg after as Treasurer/CFO for Huron City Schools and the Bright Local School District. Randy has used his skills as an educator in management & finance and business leader to improve fiscal office and district operations and improve communications with the Board of Education and public.

Lana Fairchild

Treasurer, Amanda-Clearcreek Local SD

Lana joined the Amanda-Clearcreek team in November 2020 as the Treasurer/CFO. Previously she served the Bright Local School District in Highland County as the Treasurer/CFO and the Chillicothe City School District as Human Resources Director and Assistant to the Superintendent for Operations. Prior to public service, Lana worked in the private sector in Marketing, Operations and Management. She has served on numerous community boards and has served as an elected official as a City Councilperson. Lana has used her experience and knowledge to improve the fiscal office and district operations. She strives to continuously improve communications with the board and the community.
